Geographic Composition #50: Favorites

Welcome to the final edition of the Geographic Composition photo project!
What started out a simple idea to get people from all over to share images of a common theme quickly turned into one of the central community building segments of the blog. I think that those who have contributed shots over the last 50 editions of the project have been some of the biggest supporters and closest blogging friends, and I think we’ve all grown a great deal as photographers together through this process.
I’d like to thank each and every one of you who have participated in this series and I appreciate your dedication and creativity throughout. It really means a lot and has helped keep things moving here.
This week’s collection features some of the favorites from the last 50 topics and themes and I think it does a good job of showing the best of what Geographic Composition has been as it highlights the work of some of our talented contributors.

Jason,
Thanks for your time in not only today’s post, but for all 50. Your help in supporting our work is appreciated!
Well done Jason. This was a great project and sometime in the future I hope you consider it again.
I like the new design too for the blog. Nice, clean and unique.
Best wishes. See you in Ithaca in a few weeks.
Sad to see it end, but as a project it was very inspirational. Just sorry I didn’t get a chance to participate more as it really did help as far as making me think and look at things differently – express the creative brain, as you say! And too cool that one of mine was able sneak its way into the “Favorites”. Looking forward to seeing what I can do with the Point of View!
